Sad to relate, next June will see the closure of St. Raymond's Academy for Girls. The announcement faults no one, stating without numbers that the enrollment is half of capacity. The school is located in a three-story building at 1725 Castle Hill Avenue. From what I can determine, the building dates to about 1907, although a misleading date of 1950 is often encountered.
